Pre-order / SOURCING Process & TERMS
Q: What is the difference between Pre-Order and Sourcing?
A: Pre-Order applies to specific items currently listed on our website that are available for acquisition. Bespoke Sourcing is a dedicated service where we locate a specific item not currently listed in our online collection at your request.
Q: What are the payment terms for Pre-Orders?
A: Pre-orders require 100% full payment upfront. In the rare event that we cannot locate the item within our 5–14 business day timeline, a guaranteed full refund will be issued immediately.
Q: How does the Sourcing Service work and is there a fee?
A: To initiate a bespoke sourcing request, a £100 non-refundable sourcing fee is required. This fee covers our professional expertise and resources used to locate your item. This fee is only refundable if we are unable to find the item. Once found, 100% full payment of the item price is required.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: Our standard timeline is 5 – 14 business days. This includes meticulous sourcing, professional authentication, and secure transit to your doorstep.
Q: Do you require identity verification for these orders?
A: Yes. To ensure the highest level of security, all purchases require mandatory identity verification. Customers must provide a valid Government-issued ID and Proof of Address. For transactions exceeding £8,000, we will contact you directly via email for enhanced verification.
DO WE LIMITS & QUOTAS THE PURCHASES?

- To ensure fair access to our curated collection, each transaction is limited to one item only.
- Clients are permitted a maximum combined purchase of four (4) items per order cycle visit.

Where are your items cosigned from?
Discretion is our priority. To maintain the utmost privacy for our community, we do not disclose the identities of our private consignors. While Luxrine operates independently and is not affiliated with the brands showcased, we take pride in curating an exclusive selection of pre-loved masterpieces, each with its own unique heritage.
What is the returns process?
Due to the exclusive nature of our curated collection and our role as a luxury consignment suite, all acquisitions through Luxrine are final. We meticulously inspect every piece to ensure it meets our pristine standards before it reaches you. WHAT IS KYC & WHY IS IT REQUIRED?
Q: What does KYC stand for?
A: KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a mandatory identity verification process used by financial institutions and luxury retailers to confirm the identity of their clients.
Q: Why do I need to provide my ID and Proof of Address?
A: At Luxrine Group Ltd., we handle high-value and exclusive assets. We implement KYC for three main reasons:
• Security & Protection: To protect both the buyer and the boutique from identity theft and credit card fraud (Chargebacks).
• Legal Compliance: To comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations for high-value transactions.
• Insurance Requirements: Our transit insurance requires proof that the goods are being delivered to the verified cardholder at their registered address.
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All documents provided are stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties.
Q: What happens if I don't complete the verification?
A: For security reasons, we cannot process or dispatch any order until the KYC process is successfully completed. If verification is not provided, the order will be cancelled, and the payment will be released.
