Refund Policies
At Luxrine, we operate as a dedicated luxury consignment suite. Due to the exclusive nature of our curated masterpieces, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the specific case of a proven authenticity concern.
1. Our Commitment to Authenticity
Your trust is our priority. Every item acquired through Luxrine is accompanied by an Official Certificate of Authenticity. Each product listing clearly specifies the source and the recognized authentication body associated with that particular piece.
2. The Refund Exception
A full refund of the purchase price will be granted under the following two conditions:
2.1. Authenticity Guarantee
If an item is objectively proven to be non-authentic by a reputable third-party expert. To be eligible for a claim, the following mandatory conditions must be met:
• Reporting & Return Window: Any discrepancy must be reported, and the item must be shipped back to Luxrine within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Mandatory Video Evidence: * Continuous Unboxing Record: A single, unedited video starting from before the parcel is opened.
• Package Integrity: The video must clearly show all sides of the box, including the intact Luxrine Logo Sticker and shipping labels.
• Detailed Inspection: The video must follow the process from opening the seal to a full inspection of the item’s details in clear lighting.
• Original Condition & Database Verification: The item must be returned in its exact original condition. It must remain unused, with all security tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Luxrine maintains a comprehensive internal database (high-resolution images/unique identifiers) for every item dispatched.
• We reserve the right to refuse any refund claim if the returned item shows signs of wear, usage, or discrepancies (marks, scratches, or damage) that do not match our pre-shipment records.
2.2 Pre-order Fulfillment & Timeline
If we are unable to source your requested item or fail to initiate the authentication and shipping process within our 5 – 14 business day window.
• Proactive Notification: We will inform you immediately if any delays occur.
• Full Refund: If the deadline is exceeded and we cannot secure the piece, a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Shipping and Duties
In the event of a return for authentication verification, the client is responsible for all import/export taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Once the item is received and the claim is verified, Luxrine will issue a full refund of the original amount paid to us.
4. Agreement of Terms
By proceeding with a purchase at Luxrine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms. These conditions are final and serve as a binding agreement between the client and Luxrine, superseding any subsequent claims outside these stated policies.
