Reservations & Holding Policies
At Luxrine, we operate as a dedicated luxury consignment suite. Due to the exclusive nature of our curated masterpieces, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the specific case of a proven authenticity concern.
ITEM INQUIRY & SECURITY PROTOCOL
• Visuals: High-resolution photos and videos are available upon request.
• Serial Numbers: Disclosure of full Serial Numbers requires a 10% Commitment Deposit. This deposit is strictly non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the details are provided.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT RATES
To hold an item for 7 days, the following deposits are required:
• Hermès Bags: 30% Deposit of the total price.
• Other Brands: 20% Deposit of the total price.
• Extension: An additional deposit (30% for Hermès / 20% for others) is required for each 7-day extension.
FORFEITURE & CANCELLATIONS
• Forfeiture: If the final balance is not settled within 7 days (and no extension is paid), all deposits will be strictly forfeited, and the item will be released back to inventory.
• Lump Sum Only: We strictly do not accept installment plans. All final balances must be paid in a single lump sum.
PURCHASE LIMITS
• Limit: One (1) item per transaction, with a maximum of four (4) items per order/visit.
• Right of Refusal: Luxrine Group Ltd. reserves the right to reject any order that does not pass our security and fraud risk assessment.
