By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these conditions.

3.1 OUR ROLE & BUSINESS MODEL

You acknowledge that Luxrine Group Ltd operates as a premier luxury platform with a dual-model approach. We act as both a direct reseller of curated masterpieces acquired by the company and a specialized intermediary for private consignments.


Direct Sales : For items owned by Luxrine Group Ltd, we act as the primary seller.


Consignments : For consigned pieces, Luxrine Group Ltd serves as a facilitator between the private seller and the buyer.
Regardless of the sourcing, every item is subjected to our rigorous authentication standards and the terms outlined within this suite.

4. YOUR ORDER

4.1 HOW WE WILL ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

Our formal acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email to you. At this moment, a binding legal agreement is established between you and Luxrine Group Ltd.

4.2 IF WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email and will not process payment. This may be due to the item being out of stock or errors in pricing/description.

4.3 YOUR ORDER NUMBER

We will assign an order number to your acquisition. Please quote this number in all email correspondence.

4.4 PURCHASE LIMITS & QUOTAS

  • To ensure fair access to our curated collection, each transaction is limited to one item only.
  •  Clients are permitted a maximum combined purchase of four (4) items per order cycle visit.
  •  Luxrine Group Ltd. reserves the right to monitor purchase patterns and decline orders that exceed these limits.

5. OUR PRODUCTS

5.1 PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & BESPOKE INSPECTION

The images on our website are for illustrative purposes. To ensure the utmost satisfaction for our serious buyers, we offer a personalized inspection service. Upon request, we can provide additional detailed photographs or videos of the specific masterpiece you will receive. These can be shared via Instagram, Facebook, or Email to ensure you are fully confident in your acquisition before proceeding.

5.2 PRODUCT PACKAGING

As our collection is curated from private collectors worldwide, packaging may vary. Every item is securely packed to maintain its pristine condition during transit.

6. Legal Compliance & Anti-Fraud Notice

Luxrine maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity and malicious intent:
• Fraudulent Claims: Any attempt to provide falsified documentation, tampered video evidence, or fraudulent claims will result in immediate legal action.
• Defamation & Malicious Reviews: We take our global reputation seriously. Any publication of false statements, fabricated reviews, or misinformation intended to discredit our business will be prosecuted under the UK Defamation Act 2013 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC).
• Jurisdiction: We reserve the right to report such incidents to relevant international authorities and pursue all available legal remedies to the fullest extent of the law

7. MANDATORY IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC)

  •   To ensure the highest level of security and to prevent fraudulent transactions, Luxrine Group Ltd. enforces a mandatory identity verification process for ALL transactions.
  •   The Process: Upon order placement, clients are required to provide a valid Government-issued Photo ID and Proof of Address (Utility bill or Bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
  •   Dispatch Condition: Goods will only be dispatched once the verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide valid documentation will result in immediate order cancellation and a full refund of the authorized amount.

Luxrine Group Ltd. reserves the absolute right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, without liability and without the need to provide further justification. This right may be exercised at any time, even after an order confirmation has been issued. In such events, we will notify you promptly via email and ensure that a full refund of the purchase price is issued to you immediately. By proceeding with your acquisition, you acknowledge and accept our right to manage our curations and client relations in accordance with this policy.
